John F. O’Donnell is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He is a businessman and lawyer and is primarily involved in the field of corporate finance and securities law. Mr. O’Donnell has an extensive background serving as counsel to, or as a director, officer, or chairman of several successful law firms, private and publicly traded technology, biotechnology, and resource companies with projects located around the globe.
He has previously served as counsel to, and/or a director, officer, or chairman of several private and publicly traded technology, biotechnology, and resource companies with projects located in North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe – including RX Gold & Silver (now Americas Gold and Silver), Peloton Minerals, African Metals, POET Technologies, and Nerium Biotechnology.
He is currently also Chairman of Peloton Minerals Corporation, AFR NuVenture Resources Inc, and PNG Copper Inc, where he is also interim CEO.

Mr. Farr is a seasoned financial professional with over 35 years of experience in financial management and reporting, operations, business optimization and strategy development. He currently is CFO, COO and Corporate Secretary of Zonetail Inc., a locally based, marketing and technology company, focused on the high-rise residential and hotel markets, CFO of AurCrest Mining Inc., with gold properties in Red Lake, Ontario, and CFO and Corporate Secretary of AFR NuVenture Resources Inc., a mining exploration company with projects in the United States and Canada.
He is former CFO of Anaconda Mining Inc., a gold producer, former President and CEO of Adex Mining Inc., where he led the development plans of the Mount Pleasant mine site in New Brunswick, Canada, and former CFO of MagIndustries Corp. where he participated in the development of its potash project and led the development of its forestry assets including the construction of its $30 million wood chipping mill in the port city of Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. He is also formerly the Performance Mentor at a private industrial tape converter.
> Steve Balch, P.Geo. (ON) - Metals Explorationist
Stephen James Balch is an experienced geophysicist with over thirty-five years of expertise. He has contributed significantly to the development of innovative mineral exploration technology and his focus has been on exploring nickel-copper and platinum group element (PGE) deposits, with twenty-five years dedicated to this field. Mr. Balch has been involved as a co-founder, director, and senior manager in publicly listed and private companies including Canada Nickel Company Inc., FNX Mining Company Inc., INCO Limited (Sudbury and Voisey’s Bay), Balch Exploration Consulting Inc. (BECI), Aeroquest International Limited, and Noble Mineral Exploration to name a few.
As co-founder and Vice President of Exploration of Canada Nickel Company, Steve has been instrumental in identifying nickel targets near Timmins, Ontario using his proven nickel technique using geophysics followed by drilling. Canada Nickel went from a private start-up in late 2019 to a public company worth about $350 million in under two years. Canada Nickel now appears to be one of the largest nickel resources in Canada and the world. FNX, which discovered and produced nickel in Sudbury using geophysics to identify and drill nickel deposits, was eventually purchased for C$2.9 billion.
Mr. Balch has extensive experience in airborne time domain electromagnetic, magnetic, and spectrometer surveys, having completed more than 200 contracts in countries such as Canada, Mexico, China, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Peru. Mr. Balch's employment history showcases his significant contributions to the industry.
> Michael C. Newbury, P.Eng. - Qualified Person
Mr. Newbury is a professional engineer, banker and project finance specialist with over 30 years experience in the operation, financing and evaluation of natural resource projects, primarily mining. He has experience in the evaluation and financial structuring of natural resource projects in Africa, Australia, South America, China, and the former Soviet Union.
Mr. Newbury has a B.Sc. from McGill University, managed Barclays Bank's World Mining Group, the Credit Suisse Corporate Banking Group, and was a founding partner in Endeavour Financial, providing expertise to that group for over 10 years. Currently he is an independent consultant and serves on the Boards of several junior mining companies.

Michael Cachia is an independent member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Compensation Committee.
Michael is a licensed public accountant and a partner in a Toronto based firm of public accountants, Edmund Cachia & Co. LLP. He has been on the company's Board of Directors since 2015.
Michael has extensive experience in providing both consulting and audit-based services to public companies, with a special focus on companies in the mining and resources sector.
> Samuel Peralta, Ph.D. - Director
Samuel Peralta is an independent member of the Board of Directors. He is Chair of the Compensation Committee, and a member of the Audit, and the Corporate Governance Committees.
Sam is also Executive Chairman of Incandence, a Director of Noble Mineral Exploration, and a Director of DSF Group. He is a limited partner with Brightspark Ventures and EMBLEM Developments. At Incandence, he leads the Lunar Codex project delivering archival payloads to the Moon alongside NASA's Artemis program.
Previously Sam served on the boards of POET Technologies, OPEL Solar, Axiom NDT, Qvadis Mobile Software - where he also served as Chair & CEO - and the Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries (OCNI) - where he also served as CFO. With over 35 years' experience, he is also an executive advisor at Startup Here Toronto, Torch/Everwise, and at the University of Toronto's ICUBE accelerator.
